OUR THERAPISTS:

We at Focus Therapeutic Massage realize that massage is a very personal experience for many of our clients. Therefore we have both male and female massage therapists available. Our therapists are graduates of approved/accredited massage schools and are properly insured.

Paul Hilton is the owner and principal therapist of Focus Therapeutic Massage. He is a 1996 graduate of the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics where he received training in Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, Swedish massage, Reflexology, seated massage, and a variety of other massage and pain relief techniques. Over the past several years he has furthered his education by attending several additional massage related courses. Paul is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the International Association of Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapists. He accepts clients Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays. Paul is a life-long area resident. In his spare time. Paul enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, volleyball, and exploring places that are off the beaten path.

Kathy is a 2004 graduate of the Academy of Reflexology where she received training in Swedish massage, deep muscle therapy, Reflexology and health therapy. She is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Kathy is currently working Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays. Kathy's journey in massage therapy started years ago. She came to Focus Therapeutic Massage because she suffers from fibromyalgia. After finding such tremendous relief from massage therapy she began to think about joining the profession in order to help others the way she has been helped. And now she is working where she started receiving her therapy. Kathy is very involved with her church. She also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends.
